EverSlim is a telehealth brand built around a simple idea: getting a GLP-1 treatment plan should be honest, private, and always reviewed by a real, licensed US clinician. We connect people who want to lose weight with providers who can prescribe compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide when it’s clinically appropriate.
Who we are
EverSlim is a management services organization. In plain terms, that means we handle the technology, coordination, and support that make online weight care possible — while the medicine itself stays firmly in the hands of independent, licensed professionals.
We don’t practice medicine, diagnose, prescribe, or dispense. Instead, we work with an independent telehealth medical group and a network of state-licensed US pharmacies so that every plan is authorized by a clinician and filled by a licensed pharmacy.
The medications we help coordinate
Our providers can prescribe compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide — once-weekly GLP-1 treatments — when they determine it’s appropriate for you. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed US compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved.
Whether a medication is right for you, and which one, is always a clinical decision made by your provider based on your full health history — never by an algorithm and never guaranteed.
How the care model works
An online, provider-led visit
You share your health history and goals through a secure intake. A clinician licensed in your state reviews it and decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
A licensed pharmacy fills it
If you’re approved, your prescription is prepared and shipped by one of our state-licensed US pharmacy partners, packaged discreetly and sent to your door.
Ongoing, connected care
You can message your care team from your portal between visits. Your provider adjusts your plan as you go, and you can pause or cancel at any time.
EverSlim’s medical funnel and patient portal run on the Rimo, Inc. telehealth platform, which securely connects patients, providers, and pharmacies in one place.
Our commitment to safety and legitimacy
Weight-loss medication is regulated for good reason, and we take that seriously. EverSlim holds its own LegitScript certification — an independent review of our practices as an online provider of healthcare products and services. You can verify our certification directly with LegitScript at any time.
Our pharmacy partners are licensed in the states where they dispense and accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. We work only with US-licensed clinicians and pharmacies, and we follow applicable state and federal law across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
We’re also careful about what we claim. EverSlim is an independent program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer of brand-name medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and individual results vary.
